To send a secure message to SunTrust, perform the following steps:
On any page within Online Banking, in the navigation bar, click Messages.
From the Messages page, click Send a Secure Message.
From the Send a Secure Message window, enter your secure message information.
To include an attachment, click Add Attachment. Attach a file will launch a file browser where you can choose one file up to 500 KB to attach to your message.
From the Your message was sent successfully, click OK.
On the Sent tab, the secure message appears.
