How do I view my scheduled transfers?


For information on viewing your scheduled transfers, refer to the following:


Viewing Internal Transfers

To view your scheduled internal transfers, perform the following steps:

On any page within Online Banking, click Move Money.

On the left navigation bar, select Internal Pay & Transfer.

On the Pay & Transfer page, click the View Transactions tab.

On the View Transactions page, click the drop-down menu, then select Pending Transactions.

Your scheduled transfers display.

Viewing External Transfers

To view external transfers, perform the following steps:

From the Move Money page, from the left navigation bar, select External Transfers.

On the External Transfer page, click the Activity tab.

The Activity page defaults to All Transfers. To see specific transfers, click the Display drop-down menu and choose one of the following options:

    • On Hold
    • Completed
    • Stopped
    • Declined
    • Failed
    • Rejected
    • Pending
    • Cancelled
    • In Process
    • Recurring Transfers

Your External Transfer will immediately display.
