How do I add third party recipient accounts to my accounts portfolio?


To add third party recipient accounts to your accounts portfolio, perform the following steps:

From top navigation bar, click Move Money.

In the left navigation pane, click External Transfers.

On the External Transfers page, click Manage Accounts.

Click Add a New Account.

In the Add your external account pop-up window, select one of the following account types:

  • Checking
  • Savings
  • Money Market Checking
  • Money Market Savings
  • Brokerage
  • Business Checking
  • Business Savings

Click Next.

In the following images, the process for adding a checking account is used, but the steps are all the same except for the Brokerage option.

In the Account Nickname field, enter a nickname for the account.

In the Routing Number field, enter the routing number.

In the Account Number field, enter the account number, in the Re-Enter Account Number field, re-enter the account number, then click Next.

In the Active Your Account Using Test Deposits window, review the information, then click Start.

In the Test Deposits Have Been Sent window, click Done.
