How do I check the status of my funds transfer request?
To check the status of your funds transfer request, in the top navigation bar, click Move Money, then select one of the following:
- For Internal Pay & Transfer, the View Transactions page provides an up-to-date report on your posted transfers over the past 60 days, along with your pending transfers. Each transfer request is displayed with the date, the From and To accounts, transfer frequency, and amount of the transfer.
- For External Transfers, the Activity page provides an up-to-date report on your funds transfer request over the past 180 days. Each transfer request is displayed along with the date and status of the transfer.
