How can I get further details about transactions for external transfes that do not go through?


To access details if a transaction is unsuccessful, perform the following steps:

From the navigation bar, click Move Money.

From the Move Money page, in the left navigation, click External Transfers.

From the External Transfers page, click the Activity tab.

Under the STATUS heading, the designation Rejected appears.
