What do I do if no items match when performing a search?
If no items appear in the search results, you may return to View/Order Check Copy and try re-entering your search criteria. You may need to enter a wider check range or omit the amount and date of the check.
In addition, only items posted to your account within the past 18 months are available for viewing online. You can request a copy of the item(s) older than 18 months by accessing customer service.
