How do I change my security question?


To change your security question, perform the following steps:

On any page within Online Banking, click My Settings.

Under My Profile, click User ID & Password.

In the User ID & Password window, select Security Question.

From the Security Question drop-down menu, click to select a security question.

From the Security Answer and Confirm Answer text boxes, enter your answer, and then click Save.

Your answer is case-sensitive.

A confirmation message appears. To continue, click OK.
