How do I make a payment to my SunTrust Access 3® or Line of Credit account?

Payments through Online Banking can be completed using a SunTrust checking or money market account or an account at another financial institution.

Making a one-time payment to your SunTrust Access 3 or Line of Credit account

To make a one-time payment to your SunTrust Access 3 or Line of Credit account, perform the following steps:

From the navigation bar, select Accounts, from My Accounts, click the desired account.

From the desired Access 3 account, select Pay.

On the Pay & Transfer, from the One Time tab, select the appropriate accounts from within the From drop-down menus, the To account will populate with the account you want to pay.

In the Payment Amount section, select your payment amount.

Select a Payment Date, then click Submit

From Verify Transaction window, review the payment information, and then click Submit.

If the information is incorrect, you may click Cancel.

A confirmation message appears.

Setting up a recurring payment to your SunTrust Access 3 or Line of Credit account

To set up a recurring payment, perform the following steps:

From the navigation bar, select Accounts, under My Accounts, click the desired account.

From the desired Access 3 account, select Pay.

On the Pay & Transfer screen, select the appropriate accounts from the From and To drop-down menus.

From the Payment Amount section, select your payment amount.

Choose your Start Date, Frequency, and Duration, then click Submit.

From Verify Transaction screen, review the payment information, and then click Submit.

If the information is incorrect, you may click Cancel.

A confirmation message appears.
