SunTrust online statement inserts are in PDF format and require Adobe Reader. To download a free version of Adobe Reader, go to Adobe – Reader Download.
Viewing your online statement inserts
To view your online statement inserts, perform the following steps:

From the navigation bar, click Accounts.

Click the Down arrow and select the account you want to view the statement insert for.

From the Statements window, from the Online Statement tab, to select the statement insert you want to view, click View.
Statement inserts can be identified by the NA under the Date column.
The insert will appear in a new browser tab.
Printing your online statement inserts
To print your online statement inserts, perform the following steps:

From the navigation bar, click Accounts.

Click the Down arrow and select the account you want to print the statement insert for.

From the Statements window, from the Online Statement tab, to select the statement insert you want to print, click View.
Statement inserts can be identified by the NA under the Date column.

To print the statement insert, from the Adobe Reader window, hover your pointer in the lower-right corner until the Adobe Reader tool bar displays, then click Print.
Saving your online statement inserts
To save your online statement inserts, perform the following steps:

From the navigation bar, click Accounts.

Click the Down arrow and select the account you want to save the statement insert for.

From the Statements window, from the Online Statement tab, to select the statement insert you want to save, click View.
Statement inserts can be identified by the NA under the Date column.

To save a copy of the statement insert, from the Adobe Reader window, hover your pointer in the lower-right corner until the Adobe Reader tool bar displays, then click Save.

From the Save As dialog box, within the Save in drop-down menu, click to select a location in which you would like to save the file.
To change the file name of the statement insert, within the File name text box, enter a new name for the statement insert.
