How can I change my Credit Card PIN in Online Banking?


You can select your credit card PIN during activation, or once activated, select a new PIN by going to the Credit Card PIN Management link in Account Settings.

Changing your credit card PIN in Online Banking

To change your credit card PIN in Online Banking, perform the following steps:

From the top navigation bar, click Accounts.

Click the Down arrow, select the credit card account you want to update the PIN for, then click Account Settings.

In the Account Settings window, select PIN Management, and under Request Type, click Change PIN.

In the Enter New PIN field, enter your new four-digit PIN.

In the Confirm New PIN field, re-enter your new four-digit PIN.

Click Update PIN.

At the Are you sure you want to change your PIN? prompt, click Yes, Change PIN.

At the Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) has been submitted confirmation prompt, click OK.

Requesting a new credit card PIN via U.S. Mail

To request a new credit card PIN via U.S. Mail, perform the following steps:

From the top navigation bar, click Accounts.

Click the Down arrow, select the credit card account you want to request a new PIN for, then click Account Settings.

In the Account Settings window, select PIN Management, and under Request Type, click Receive your PIN via U.S. Mail.

Verify the mailing address you want the new credit card PIN to be mailed to, then click Submit Request.

If you want to change the mailing address that the new PIN will be mailed to, click Edit under the address that is listed.

At the Are you sure you want to submit the request to receive your PIN via U.S. Mail? prompt, click, Yes, Submit Request.

At the Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) has been successfully updated prompt, click OK.
