What should I do if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

If your mobile device is lost or stolen, you should contact your service provider and SunTrust customer support. You should also make the appropriate adjustments to your account settings within SunTrust Online Banking. For SunTrust Mobile Alerts and Text Banking, you can delete your mobile number within the Online Banking customer profile.

To remove your mobile number from your online banking profile, perform the following steps:


From any Online Banking page, click My Settings.

Under My Profile, click Address,Email & Phone.

On the Address, Email & Phone Number window, click Phone Number.


From the mobile number, click the Delete/Trash Can icon.
