How do I add a biller in Bill Pay?


To add a company or person in online banking, perform the following steps:
1. From the Move Money menu select Pay Bills on the left hand side of the page.
2. Within the Pay Bills window select Add a Company or Person.
3. Follow the on screen instructions to setup a company or person.

To add a company or person in the mobile app, perform the following steps:
1. Log into the SunTrust Mobile App.
2. From the main menu select Bill Pay.
3. Select Make a Payment from the Bill Pay menu.
4. Select either the Add a Person or Add a Company option and follow the on screen instructions.
