To add a biller in Bill Pay, refer to the following links:
You may send payments to any biller with a US address regardless of size. Payments to international addresses are not supported.
To add a company, perform the following steps:
From Payment Center, click the Add a Company or Person button.
To search for a biller, enter part or all of the company name and click the Search / Magnifying Glass button, or click on any of the categories below to see a list of common billers in your area.
In the search results, select the company you want to pay.
If your biller is not found, simply select the link to Skip the search and enter the info for your biller.
Enter your bill details and click the Add Bill button.
To add a person, perform the following steps:
From Payment Center, click the Add a Company or Person to Pay button.
Enter part or all of the persons name and click Search.
From the search results, select the Person button.
Enter your biller details and click the Add Bill button.
For security and verification, you will receive an email confirmation that your your biller has been added.
