Are bills paid now when I click submit?

Bills are paid according to the Pay Date that you select.


What is Pay Date and should I enter the date I want the money taken out or the date the bill is due?

The Pay Date is the date that the biller will receive the payment of your bill and will be the date on the check or electronic presentment. The payment can be electronic or a paper check and that is at the discretion of the biller and how they prefer to receive payment.


When are checks sent out and what will the date be on the check?

Payments are processed or sent in time to present to the biller in time to arrive on the Pay Date you select. The payment will not process out of your account until the biller presents the payment back to SunTrust and that can be same day for electronic payments but also be delayed a few days if it is a paper check.


Are payments a physical check or electronic transfer?

The payment can be electronic or a paper check and that is at the discretion of the biller and how they prefer to receive payment.
