How do I delete an automatic payment?

Please note that any payments that have begun processing will not be canceled.

To delete an automatic payment in Pay Bills section of Move Money, perform the following steps:

On any page within Online Banking, in the top navigation bar, click on Move Money.

From the left navigation, click Pay Bills.

Select the biller account that needs AutoPay cancelled. Select the AutoPay tab.

Select *Stop AutoPay option

A window will display confirming you have stopped the AutoPay. Click Close to return to the Payment Center.

When you delete an automatic payment, all pending payments created by the model will be canceled.
