Why can't I automatically pay all my bills?

To automatically pay the electronic bills you receive through Bill Pay, the biller must have a system capable of receiving automatic payments. Automatic payments is a feature that is offered to all billers who send us electronic bills.

Even if you cannot receive electronic bills from your biller, you can set up an automatic payment schedule to pay a bill of a set amount at regular intervals. For example, you can schedule a payment at the first of each month to pay your mortgage or rent. This type of automatic payment is always available to you; however, an automatic payment schedule only works if the amount due is the same for each billing period. If the amount due varies from one billing period to the next, you must pay each bill as you receive it in the Payment Center section of the Pay Bills page.
