If your request for Electronic Bills is rejected, you have one of the following options:
- You can try to request Electronic Bills again and make sure to enter your information (especially your account number) completely and accurately.
- You can contact the Biller to see if they can help you understand why they cannot send you Electronic Bills. For example, some Billers cannot send Electronic Bills to customers in certain areas of the country.
