Why don't I see a payment that I am expecting?

To see a payment you are expecting, you must register in our Online Banking Person-to-Person Transfers service, Zelle ®. You can then verify the email address or mobile phone number to which a payment notification is sent. In Zelle ®, select the Preferences tab, and then verify any email address or mobile phone number at which you have received a payment notification. Your payments should then be available to view and accept on the Overview tab in the To Do List area.

If you feel the payment has been sent to the incorrect email address or mobile phone number, please contact the sender immediately.
