Why didn't automatic deposit work for an incoming payment?
There are two reasons why automatic deposit may not work for an incoming payment:
- The payment was to an email address or mobile phone number that was not currently registered to your profile. In Popmoney ®, select Preferences, and then register and verify any email address or mobile phone number at which you have received a payment notification.
- Occasionally, as a security precaution, we require the sender to provide us with your mobile phone number when they schedule the payment; you need to verify access to this mobile phone number to deposit the payment.
