Can I edit or cancel a recurring payment plan?


Yes, you can edit or cancel the next payment or the entire recurring payment plan at anytime.

Editing payments made on credit cards, loans, and lines of credit through Online Banking

To edit payments made on credit cards, loans, and lines of credit through Online Banking, perform the following steps:

On any page within Online Banking, in the navigation bar, click Move Money.

On the left navigation select Internal Pay & Transfer, and then click View Transactions.

In the Pending Transactions list, hover over to highlight and click to select the payment you want to edit.

In the View Transaction dialog box, click Edit.

On the Edit Transaction page, edit the fields you would like to change.

Under Apply Changes to, select if you want the changes to apply to all transactions or the next scheduled transaction, then click Submit.

If you do not select an option under the Apply Changes to section, you will receive an error message when you submit the edits.

In the Verify Transaction dialog box, review the transaction details, then click Save.

At the Your changes have been saved prompt, click OK to close the dialog box.

Deleting payments made on credit cards, loans, and lines of credit through Online Banking

To delete payments made on credit cards, loans, and lines of credit through Online Banking, perform the following steps:

On any page within Online Banking, in the navigation bar, click Move Money.

On the left navigation select Internal Pay & Transfer, and then click View Transactions.

In the Pending Transactions list, hover over to highlight and click to select the payment you want to delete.

In the View Transaction dialog box, click the Delete/Trash Can icon.

On the Delete Transaction page, under Apply Changes to, select if you want to delete all transactions or the next scheduled transaction, then click Submit.

If you do not select an option under the Apply Changes to section, you will receive an error message when you click Submit.

In the Verify Transaction dialog box, click Delete.

At the confirmation prompt, click OK.

Editing payments made through Bill Pay

To edit payments made through Bill Pay, perform the following steps:

On any page within Online Banking, click Move Money.

In the Move Money navigation pane, click Pay Bills.

On the Payment Center page, in the right column under Pending Payments, find the payment you want to edit, and click Change.

Make the edits for the payment, then click Save Changes.

Review your payment information, then click Finished.

Deleting payments made through Bill Pay

To delete payments made through Bill Pay, perform the following steps:

On any page within Online Banking, click Move Money.

In the Move Money navigation pane, click Pay Bills.

On the Payment Center page, in the right column under Pending Payments, find the payment you want to delete, and click Cancel.

Review the payment information, then click Cancel Payment.
