Do I need to contact a claims representative to check on the status of my claim?
If you would like to review the status of your claim, you can view it within Online Banking by selecting the Support option, the Claims Management Center will be located in the center of the page.
Once the investigation has been completed on your claim, we will provide you with a final resolution letter within 3 business days. In the event your email is not working, we will send you a physical letter that includes the same resolution information.
