How can I submit customer feedback or a complaint?


SunTrust Online Banking gives you several ways to communicate feedback or to place a complaint.

  1. Select the Feedback/Complaints link in the ‘Find it Fast’ section of the Support page.
  2. Select Messages from the primary navigation bar, click Send a Secure Message, and submit your questions/concerns. Be sure to select ‘Feedback/Complaints’ as your topic before submitting.
  3. You can also send your general banking comments, questions, or suggestions to us using appropriate link on the *Contact Us* page on SunTrust.com
