How do I sign up for SunTrust Online Banking if I do not have a SunTrust ATM or SunTrust Visa Check Card?
To sign up for SunTrust Online Banking without a SunTrust ATM or SunTrust Visa Check Card, choose from one of the following options:
  • Fill out our online form. For more information, go to the Online Banking enrollment page.

  • Contact a SunTrust Representative at 800.382.3232. SunTrust Representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week

  • Sign up in person. To locate a SunTrust branch, please refer to the SunTrust ATM / Branch Locator.
Note: Your SunTrust Online Banking password will be mailed to you within three to five business days.
