How often and when will I receive Transaction Alerts?
The frequency and timing of your Transaction Alerts will vary depending upon the type of alert that you set up.
  • Daily Balance alerts are sent every morning.

  • Low Balance alerts are sent at the time that your balance falls below your set threshold. You will receive daily alerts every morning until your balance no longer is below this threshold.

  • High Balance alerts are sent at the time that your balance rises above your set threshold. You will receive daily alerts every morning until your balance no longer is above this threshold.

  • Account Overdrawn alerts are sent the morning after the posting of all account activity for the prior business day when your current balance falls below $0.
Note: SunTrust posts account activity during the late evening of Monday through Friday (business days only). Your alerts are sent each morning after the posting of the account activity from the previous business day. If you receive an Account Overdrawn alert on a non-business day, for example, over the weekend, you will continue to receive a daily Account Overdrawn alert, until the posting of activity on the next business day.
You are encouraged to set up spam filters so you can receive emails from SunTrust. SunTrust is not responsible for the misdirection of emails to a spam filter, and cannot waive fees if this occurs. Please refer to the SunTrust Online Banking/PC Banking Agreement for more information.
