
How do I enroll in SunTrust Mobile Banking?
To enroll in SunTrust Mobile Banking, perform the following steps:
| 1. | From the navigation bar, click Customer Service. |
| 2. | Under Mobile Banking, click Sign Up for Mobile Banking. |
| 3. | From What is Mobile Banking?, click Enroll Now. |
| 4. | Under Operator, click to select the Wireless Operator. |
| 5. | Under Manufacturers, click to select your mobile device manufacturer. |
| 6. | Locate the mobile device, and click Select. |
| 7. | Enter in the mobile phone number. |
| 8. | Under Mobile Banking Application, click to select an option: |
- If the Mobile Banking application already exists on your mobile device or if you have just finished downloading and installing the application, select the first option.
- If the Mobile Banking application does not exist on your mobile device, you will need to download it. Select the second option.
| 9. | Select the box, I have completed Provider Activation. |

An Initialization Code appears. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to activate your Mobile Banking application. You will need the Initialization Code presented.

An SMS text message will be sent to your mobile device if you need to download the Mobile Banking application.

After entering the Initialization Code in the Mobile Banking application, you will need to create a PIN. Upon the creation of your Mobile Banking application PIN, you will receive access to SunTrust Mobile Banking.

You will see a confirmation screen.
