To delete the cache and history in Mozilla Firefox, perform the following steps:
From the Mozilla Firefox header, click the Menu icon, then click Options.
From the Options window, select the Advanced option, then click the Network tab.
In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
Once the cache has cleared, the dialog box will display that 0 bytes of disk space are currently being used.
To close the Options dialog box, click OK.
