To enable cookies by site in Google Chrome, perform the following steps:
On the Google Chrome header click on the Menu icon and select Settings.
In the Search Settings box, type the word Cookies.
Under Privacy click on the Content Settings button.
From the Cookies section of the Privacy menu select “Allow local data to be set”.
Click the Done button on the bottom right of the Privacy menu page.
